The Brooks 130 straight stairlift is the latest arrival to the Brooks 'Lincoln' range of straight stairlifts. It is built to last, with low maintenance and high reliability. State of the art modern technology controls every straight stairlift from Brooks and clever software ensures that it only uses as much power as is required which is paramount in a power cut.
Battery Powered For Reliability
This Brooks 130 straight stairlift runs on maintenance free DC power packs, which are automatically recharged at the end of every trip. The software they use determines how much charge is delivered to the batteries whilst on charge to ensure optimum performance and life from them. This type of power ensures that the straight Stairlifts from Brooks are safe to use, and are incredibly smooth.
Slimline Design For Narrow Stairs
All Brooks straight Stairlifts are designed to fit hassle free onto straight staircases. When not in use they will fold away neatly leaving plenty of room for other stair users. Designed for narrow and awkward staircases, the Brooks straight stairlift measures just 310mm / 12 1/4" from the wall when folded away. When in use it is just 570mm from the wall to the front of the footrest.
Simple Fault Diagnostics
Every Brooks stair lift is fitted with a diagnostic digital display. This is used to show any stairlift fault codes and also the status of the stairlift. Most of the codes are provided in the handbook that comes with every new Brooks stairlift and give a brief explanation of the current status and solution if it should be a fault. Any fault code that is not shown in the handbook needs to be attended to by a trained engineer for your own safety.

Safe and Easy
Brooks 130 straight stairlifts come with all the necessary features and a few extra ones, as standard. Thanks to all of the available features, the Brooks stairlift is safe, comfortable and easy to use.
Folding arms, seat and footrest
The arms, seat and footrest all neatly and easily fold away on the Brooks 130 straight Stairlift. With its ultra slimline design there’s plenty of room for other users of your staircase.
Swivel seat as standard
The Brooks 130 straight Stairlift has an easy to use swivel seat which is operated by large paddles on the side of the seat. Once the seat has turned round it conveniently locks into position so that you can alight safely and securely.
Safety cut-out sensors on carriage and footrest
If anything should obstruct the Brooks 130 straight Stairlift whilst in motion, it will come to an immediate halt. There are five safety sensors positioned around the chair lift - three on the footrest, and two on the carriage.
Wireless Remote Control
The Brooks 130 straight Stairlift can be ‘called’ or ‘sent’ up or down the stairs when ever it’s needed, simply by using the remote controls provided, making it easy for multiple users to control the Brooks Stairlift.
Various seat options available
The Brooks 130 is extremely versatile and for those that find it difficult to sit or bend their knees, it is also available with a stand & ride seat or a stand & perch seat. Both options allow the user to either sit or stand whilst operating the lift.
Hinged rail to eliminate trip hazards
Where there isn't a wall at the bottom of the stairs, a manual or powered folding rail is available which can simply be raised when not in use and lowered when required. This removes the risk of someone tripping over it whilst in the down position.
